Blind Components Manufacturing & Quality Control
Our blind components manufacturing and quality control process covers specification confirmation, production coordination, inspection, packing, and shipment preparation. We coordinate each stage to keep orders aligned with approved requirements.
From Confirmed Specifications to Finished Components
Manufacturing begins with a clear understanding of the product. Drawings, samples, dimensions, materials, finishes, quantities, application requirements, and packing details are reviewed before production or order processing begins.
Relevant processes are then coordinated according to the component type and confirmed requirements, with attention given to production progress, appearance, dimensions, compatibility, assembly, and packing.
01 Specification & Process Planning
Product drawings, samples, dimensions, materials, finishes, quantities, and application requirements are reviewed to establish the working reference for the order.
02 Production Process Coordination
Relevant processes are coordinated according to the component type, including profile processing, metal or plastic part production, surface finishing, and assembly where applicable.
03 Assembly and Fit Verification
Profiles, mechanisms, brackets, carriers, end caps, and related parts are reviewed for compatibility, movement, installation fit, and assembly condition.
Applicable across roller blind components, zebra blind profiles and components, curtain track systems, and Venetian blind components.
Quality Control Across the Order Process
Quality control follows the confirmed product and order requirements at key stages, from initial review and sample approval to final inspection and pre-shipment checks.
01 Requirement Confirmation
Drawings, samples, dimensions, materials, colors, finishes, quantities, and packing requirements are reviewed and confirmed.
02 Sample or Initial Production Check
Samples or initial production pieces are reviewed when required to confirm key dimensions, appearance, fit, and agreed product details.
03 In-Process Follow-Up
Relevant production stages are followed to identify dimensional, appearance, assembly, or processing issues before final completion.
04 Final Product Inspection
Finished products are checked against the confirmed reference for dimensions, appearance, fit, function, and quantity as applicable.
05 Packing and Shipment Check
Packing method, labels, carton information, product protection, quantities, and shipment documents are reviewed before dispatch.
What We Check
Inspection items are selected according to the product type, confirmed specifications, approved samples, drawings, and customer requirements.

01 Dimensional Inspection
Critical dimensions are checked with suitable measuring tools against confirmed drawings, samples, or specifications.

02 Profile and Cross-Section Verification
Profile shape, wall thickness, grooves, fitting areas, and relevant cross-section details are reviewed where applicable.

03 Surface Finish & Coating Check
Surface finish, coating coverage, thickness where applicable, and visible coating irregularities are checked against the confirmed product requirements.

04 Color & Visual Appearance
Color consistency, gloss, scratches, deformation, stains, and other visible appearance issues are checked against the approved reference.

05 Assembly and Functional Check
Fit, movement, locking, sliding, lifting, installation, or load-related performance is checked according to the intended use of the component.

06 Packing and Quantity Verification
Product quantities, inner packing, labels, carton details, protective materials, and final packing condition are checked before shipment.
A Clearer Handover Before Dispatch
Approved references, inspection information, packing details, and shipment preparation are organized to support clearer communication and reduce avoidable order errors.
01 Approved References
Confirmed samples, drawings, dimensions, colors, finishes, labels, and packing details provide the working reference for the order.
02 Inspection Information
Relevant measurements, appearance checks, functional checks, and issue follow-up may be recorded according to the product and order requirements.
03 Packing and Label Confirmation
Product quantities, inner packing, labels, carton marks, protective materials, and shipment details are reviewed before order handover.
